How we trade
- Pricing
- Market-linked. See your landed price on the pricing calculator, confirmed live.
- Minimum order
- 5 bags (about 300 kg). We combine orders into one shared container.
- Packaging
- 60 kg GrainPro bags (standard)
- Shipping
- Sea freight from Mombasa to your port in the US or Canada. Air freight on request.
- Lead times
- About 4–6 weeks to build your order, then 2–2.5 months by sea.
- Payment terms
- We confirm the terms with your quote.
Documentation
Every shipment includes
- Lot spec sheet — the details of your exact coffee
- Cupping report — how it scored, and when
- Phytosanitary certificate — proves the coffee is pest-free
- Certificate of origin — proves it came from Uganda
- Weight certificate — confirms what you received
